Discovering Andrene's Extraordinary Journey:

Who Am I? A Spiritual and Driven Individual

I am a deep, reticent who can be verbose at times – traits that should not be mistaken for weakness. My life is centred on maintaining balance and order, and I constantly strive to improve myself and help others do the same. I have a great penchant for rooting for the underdogs. These qualities have been evident since childhood, but now I realize their significance.

I can totally relate to them as a person who has overcome numerous challenges in life, from financial setbacks to unwavering resilience and eventual triumph. Despite the struggles, I have emerged stronger than ever.

My Girls

Raising children on your own can be an incredibly challenging experience, but I must say, I did a fantastic job with my daughters, Zoey and Selene, who turned out to be extraordinary, accomplished and open-minded young ladies. They are my most significant source of pride and joy.

A Proud Achievement as Zoey's Coach

I take pride in sharing that Zoey has participated in four pageants under my coaching and excelled in them. She was titled "Miss Black Ontario, 2009", first runner-up in "Miss Super Jamboree," second runner-up in "Miss Teen Canada," "Miss Teen Brampton Int'l," and top-20 in "Miss Universe Canada, 2009."

Finding Inner Strength through Faith and Compassion

My source of strength comes from the Lord. I believe that through prayer, reflective writing, and grit, one can achieve great things. Without God's presence, I would be a lost, wandering soul. I'm grateful for His many mercies and blessings towards me. And, of course, my girls are a constant source of support and inspiration.

The Importance of Home and Family: A Story of Family Bonds and Life Lessons

Home is where I find my peace and tranquillity and recharge my energy. Growing up in a Christian household with many siblings taught me the significance of togetherness and kinship. My mother was a kind confidant, while my father instilled in me the values of discipline, persistence, and hard work. Although he was strict, we developed a strong bond.

Our parents left us a remarkable legacy of faith, inner strength, and beauty. Music has always been my ultimate source of nourishment for the soul. Through it all, I find solace and comfort in knowing God is my refuge and strength and is always present in times of need.

Eight Tips For Successful Resume Writing

Are you looking to shake things up in your career? September is the perfect time to shine! So, take action and revamp your resume. While crafting a winning resume can be challenging, you can accomplish it with a keen eye for detail and a little extra time and effort. It's easy to get bogged down with questions about what to include or leave out, and how to stand out from the crowd. My advice to clients is straightforward: personalize it. While job titles and duties may be similar across similar occupations, it's your unique qualities that make you stand out. Just like we all have our own individual features, your resume should reflect your individuality. Here are seven best practices to help you achieve this. 1. Your Name To ensure your name gets noticed, it's crucial to use a bold font and keep it slightly larger than the rest of the content. This will help attract attention to your name and ensure it is noticed, among other details. 2. Home Address As I always advised my

The Truth About Mindfulness: 5 Practical Tips That Will Make Us More Mindful Everyday

The Truth About Mindfulness: 5 Practical Tips That Will Make Us More Mindful Everyday  As we head into the new week and month, may I remind you to stay mindful. Mindfulness doesn't require us to pray, meditate or carry out any rituals; mindfulness merely asks us to pay attention to our surroundings, how we feel inside and how we make people feel while in our presence. It is intentionally being present in each moment of our experiences without evaluating it as good or bad.  So when I speak of mindfulness, I do not speak in the Eastern sense or spiritual realm of emptying the mind of thoughts or watching our breath. For me, mindfulness invites us to WATCH: Watch our  W ords.  Watch our  A ctions. Watch our  T houghts. Watch our  C ompanions. Watch our  H abits. Watch our Words This tip reminds us to be mindful of the words we choose to use, as they can have a powerful impact on others. It encourages us to choose kind, inclusive, and respectful words toward all individuals. Watch our
